When we carry out significant campaigns and get feedback through all our channels, we put as much as we can into our online Feedback Book. This is a simple searchable database with ‘permalinks’ to each Facebook wall conversation, or other feedback like the poster campaign or soon to be added Tweet exchanges.
The idea is that people can find things more easily, and even if you don’t have accounts with Facebook or other social media, you can still find out what is being said about particular topics.
Some of the hottest topics are always food, toilets (!), bars and events, library opening times and student facilities in general.
